Cancellations

If you have subscribed to a recurring payment or service through our platform, including the Prompt Lens Subscription, you may cancel your payment and subscription at any time.

Your cancellation will take effect immediately after the current billing cycle is over. Upon cancellation, you will retain full access to the service until the end of your current paid billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
